Utah POWDER!

Watch out for that SNOWBALL!

A trip to Utah over the holidays yeilded fun, relaxation and breath taking scenery. What a joy to photograph such a majestic place! The beauty at every turn made it worth hauling and protecting 40 pounds of gear 4100 miles (round trip)! It was great fun to watch the excitement in my child's eyes as we left the ground for her first flight...as she wadded up her first snowball, poured it full of maple syrup and tasted it...as she discovered that snowballs really do grow larger as you roll them! We built a snowman each day, tried many new culinery delights, and went snowshoeing. Learning to ski turned out to be her most thrilling and challenging experience. She accomplished the basics quickly and moved on to an obstacle coarse and small jumps! A pizza and a 8 o'clock bed time was just the ticket that day!
